-If a client is booking a Premium Package they can only have up to 4 people in their shoot. Each additional person is $30

-If clients would like to add additional time to a package it will be $75 for an additional 30 minutes and $125 per additional hour

-Photo shoot packages can not be split into multiple days. All shoots must be completed in the designated time frame.

AJP BRAND BUILDING/CONTENT CREATOR PACKAGES

This package is perfect for models trying to build a portfolio, content creators, business owners, and more.

ANDRE JOHNSON PHOTOGRAPHY BRAND BUILDING/CONTENT CREATOR PACKAGES POLICIES

-Andre Johnson Photography owns the rights to all images/content and has the right to use said content for promotional purposes. If a client would like exclusive rights to all content shot those rights can be purchased from the photographer after the shoot or discussed before the shoot.

-Prices above are base prices and do not include props, décor, or clothing. Props need to be brought by the client/creative team needing the service. If props and/or décor are needed for a shoot a consultation with the photographer will be done before hand to discuss details.

- Each additional premium edit is $30

-Each additional outfit change added to the shoot is $20

- There is a three week turn around on images/videos to clients. If the client would like their images/content sooner than what's stated in the package a $50 charge will apply.

-Only up to four people can be in the shoot. Each additional person is $20

-Photo shoot packages can not be split into multiple days. All shoots must be completed in the designated time frame. If for any reason a client needs to split up there shoot into multiple days or times through out the day it can be discussed with the photographer before the shoot.

Consultation Fee

Because of the high volume of clients needing to be serviced and limited time, Andre Johnson Photography charges a non-refundable service fee for all photography consultations. Andre Johnson Photography charges a $25 hourly fee for over the phone consultations and a $50 hourly fee for in person consultations. To book your consultation please go to the contact section on our site and include the time, desired meeting duration, and date you would like to have your consultation. Money must be paid up front via Paypal, CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle to confirm your time. If in any case the client can not meet at the desired time and date requested and needs to reschedule they have 24 hours to contact the photographer to cancel or reschedule. Only one reschedule is allowed and all no call no shows will be documented and up to the photographer for a reschedule. In person consultation locations can only be up to 30 minutes in distance and any further in distance will result in extra fees.

Bookings/Scheduling

All bookings are based on a first come first serve bases. Shoots can be scheduled through email at andrejohnsonphoto@gmail.com or through the Contact section on the website. Once your request has been sent the photographer will reply at his earliest convenience to answer your request and schedule your shoot based on his availability.

Deposits and Payment 

A deposit of half the balance must be paid before the shoot to confirm your appointment and hold your shoot date. The remainder is to be paid the day before or day of the shoot. Deposits and payments can be paid through Zelle, Cashapp, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash.

Rescheduling

Clients must reschedule their appointments with the photographer at least 48 hours ahead of time. If clients are not able to shoot because of a unforeseen family emergency, death, or sickness they must notify the photographer at least an hour before the shoot. Rescheduling of a shoot will be up to the discretion of the photographer. 

 Arrival/Shooting

Clients are only able to arrive 10 mins before their shoot time. Clients may not come in early to do make up unless that time has been purchased by the client and discussed with the photographer. The photoshoot time begins as soon as the client enters the studio so all clients and the photographer included will need to use the time provided wisely.

Tardiness/No Shows

If a client is going to be late for a shoot they are to notify the photographer ahead of time so adjustments can be made for other clients he may have that day. Clients are allowed a 30 mins grace period if late but any further delay will result in the forfeit of their shoot and deposit. A "No Call No Show" is an automatic cancellation and a forfeit of your deposit and photoshoot. 

Copyright/Image Delivery 

All rights of the images taken and edited are reserved to the photographer to display on social media, websites, commercial purposes and marketing material. Clients may request a Copyright Release Form for media, printing, commercial, and promoting purposes. Once images are ready they are sent through a google drive link with images in an online resolution (best for posting on Facebook and Instagram) and a print resolution (best for getting prints made with). 

Unedited/RAW Images

No unedited/Raw images will be given out to clients. Watermarked images will be sent out to clients for them to review and choose the images they would like edited.

Props/Photoshoot Decoration

Props for photoshoot are not provided by the photographer. All props and decorations such as balloons, custom decorations, tables, chairs, and etc are provided by the client. If a client would like props or decoration services an up charge will be applied to cover the materials and labor.
